LinkedIn Company Page Newsletters

Give people a reason to subscribe to your company’s expertise.

I position, launch and manage LinkedIn Company Page newsletters – turning what your business genuinely knows into a recurring editorial asset.

A newsletter cannot launch empty

Before publication

Positioned. Designed. Written.

At launch

First edition ready for subscribers.

The title and settings matter. The first edition matters more. I prepare both so the follower invitation is attached to something worth subscribing to.
The service at a glance

Launch it properly - or let me keep it going.

The opportunity – and the risk

The launch invitation is valuable. Do not attach it to a rushed first edition.

The first edition of your LinkedIn newsletter is published at the same time as setting it up.

When a Company Page newsletter launches, followers are invited to subscribe. That creates an unusual opportunity to turn an existing Page audience into a recurring editorial audience.

But a newsletter needs more than a title and publishing frequency. It needs a useful promise, a sustainable subject and a first edition that demonstrates what future subscribers can expect.

The service begins with the company’s expertise – not with a demand to fill another LinkedIn format.
Three commercial routes

Pay for the work you actually need.

A new newsletter requires launch work. A standalone newsletter client requires a separate operating relationship. An existing management client already shares the wider content system.

Setup and Launch

Setup and launch

Everything needed to publish a credible first edition.

The £950 launch service is a complete one-off engagement. It is not a low-cost configuration exercise that leaves your team staring at an empty newsletter.
A clear purpose, intended reader and editorial territory for the newsletter.
A credible name and concise description that make the reason to subscribe immediately clear.
Recommended frequency, core themes and subjects for the next three editions.
The Company Page newsletter is set up correctly and prepared for publication.
A reusable Canva cover template, newsletter treatment and completed cover for the first edition.
One substantive launch edition of up to 1,200 words, planned and written for the company.
Two rounds of consolidated client revisions before publication.
Publication, follower invitation opportunity and practical guidance for what happens next.
The editorial boundaries

Substantive enough to matter. Controlled enough to deliver properly.

01

800–1,200 words

The normal range for a first edition or managed monthly edition.

02

Two revision rounds

Consolidated feedback is included without allowing endless fragmented rewrites.

03

Visuals supplied

A reusable Canva template at launch and a branded cover for managed editions.

04

Website connected

LinkedIn supports distribution; the company’s owned content remains part of the wider plan.

How launch works

Extend the service where there is a genuine business case.

I handle the editorial and practical work. Your team supplies accurate source material and consolidated approval.

1

Define the promise

Establish who the newsletter serves, what it will cover and why someone should subscribe.
2

Build the framework

Create the title, description, visual treatment, themes and sustainable publication rhythm.

3

Write the first edition

Turn genuine company expertise into a complete launch edition and work through two revision rounds.

4

Publish and hand over

Configure and publish the newsletter, use the follower invitation opportunity and provide the next editorial steps.
Why work with me

LinkedIn knowledge with an editorial operating background.

I have optimised hundreds of LinkedIn Company Pages and managed global media-brand Pages, newsletters and editorial programmes over many years.

I understand both sides of the job: how LinkedIn Company Page features work and how to turn business knowledge into useful recurring editorial content.

This service is for company newsletters. Executive newsletter guidance remains available through my LinkedIn Newsletters resources, but personal newsletter management is not part of the launch offer.

Questions before you enquire

Clear scope at every stage.

No. The launch offer is deliberately focused on LinkedIn Company Page newsletters. Guidance for executive newsletters remains available through the LinkedIn Newsletters resources on leaders.social.
Yes. The £950 setup and launch service stands alone. Your team can take over with the visual template, editorial framework and recommended next subjects.

Management depends on a proper understanding of the business, its audiences, evidence, approval structure and existing Page. The £750 onboarding engagement establishes that operating foundation rather than charging the monthly fee for preparatory work.

A newsletter needs positioning, configuration, a visual system and a completed first edition before it can launch properly. Monthly management covers the recurring work after that foundation exists.
The first edition and managed monthly editions are normally 800–1,200 words. Longer reports, extensive interviews or research-heavy editions may need a separate scope.
Two rounds of consolidated revisions are included. Factual corrections can be made before publication; a materially different subject or brief may require additional work.
Yes. Setup includes a simple branded newsletter treatment, a reusable Canva cover template and the first completed cover. Ongoing management includes a branded cover for each managed edition. Bespoke illustration, photography and complex infographics are separate.
The standard ongoing service includes one edition per month. A twice-monthly option is available where the company has enough substance and internal capacity to support it.
A newsletter should begin with something worth subscribing to.

Launch the first edition properly - and make the route after launch clear.
