Established B2B companies that need someone experienced to take responsibility for their LinkedIn® Page

Page direction, content, publishing, performance and its connection with leaders and employees

Investment

Monthly

Commitment

Initial three months, then monthly with 30 days’ notice

The Business Problem

The Page matters. But it rarely belongs to anyone’s first priority.

Established companies are rarely short of knowledge, news or credible people. The difficulty is turning those raw materials into a coherent LinkedIn® presence week after week.

Without clear ownership, the Page becomes reactive. Posting happens around announcements, content is supplied late, different teams pull the message in different directions and long gaps quietly become normal.

The problem is not a shortage of things to say. It is the absence of a dependable system for deciding what is worth saying – and making it happen
What I take responsibility for

More than filling a content calendar.

01

Direction

I make sure the Page talks about subjects that matter to the business and the people it wants to reach.

02

Consistency

I maintain a dependable publishing rhythm instead of short bursts followed by long gaps.

03

Connection

I identify where leaders and employees can add credible human context to company activity.

04

Personally managed

I hold the whole presence together: the Page, the content, the publishing schedule and its connection with your people.

What’s Included

Specialist direction and delivery, month after month.

The management service creates a practical operating system around the Company Page – without pretending LinkedIn® can be separated from the wider business.

I decide with you what the Page should talk about, who it needs to reach and how its activity should support the business.
I plan, create, refine and publish useful posts drawn from the company’s genuine expertise, news and evidence.
I keep the Page current, consistent and properly presented rather than allowing important details and features to become neglected.
I organise the content rhythm, company inputs and approvals so your team is not constantly being asked to invent ideas.
Editorial planning considers the leaders and employees who give company activity human context, with a quarterly review of visible alignment and participation opportunities.
Practical direction on which Page content is suitable for internal sharing and how employees can participate credibly without scripted engagement.
I track what is working, explain the useful signals and adjust the content plan accordingly.
Your management fee includes the LinkedIn® Premium Company Page subscription. I configure and manage the relevant Premium features for you.

Included in your management fee

Your LinkedIn® Premium Company Page subscription.

You receive the subscription – and someone who knows how to use it.
I configure and manage the Premium features that are relevant to your business. As LinkedIn® introduces or changes Company Page functionality, I assess what is useful and incorporate it into the Page so your team does not have to monitor the platform itself.

What’s included

A defined optimisation engagement. Not an ambiguous agency retainer.

You receive a thorough review and commercially reasoned improvements across the elements that shape how your Company Page works as a business asset.

How the Page presents the company, its value and its relevance to the people you want to reach.

A practical assessment of the Page setup, calls to action and current LinkedIn® Company Page features.

Commercially focused wording for the tagline, About section and fields that influence first impressions and discovery.
Recommendations for the logo, cover image and visible brand presentation.
Keyword-aware Page copy and configuration to help the right people understand and find the company.
Guidance on proof points and Page activity so visitors see evidence of expertise.
A review of access, Page roles and practical ownership issues that create risk or inconsistency.

A review of up to five nominated leaders to check that their current Experience entries connect to the correct Company Page and their visible profile positioning accurately reflects the relationship.

Clear instructions your wider team can use to connect or correct their Experience entries, use the approved company description and represent the business consistently.
A clear record of what should change, why it matters and what to address next.

How my management works

A light demand on your team. A serious standard for the output.

Your team supplies the business knowledge and approves the work. I organise, create, publish and improve everything around it.

01

Understand the business

I establish the priorities, audiences, evidence, Page access, relevant leaders and a straightforward approval route.

02

Plan the content

I turn company activity and expertise into a practical content plan and identify where leaders or employees can contribute.

03

Create and publish

I write, refine, agree and publish the content while keeping the wider Page current.

04

Track and improve

I review what is working, explain the useful signals and change the plan when necessary.

This is for you if…

You need consistent ownership, not occasional help.

This is not for you if…

You only want volume, virality or a silent supplier.

You work directly with me

One of only FIVE management clients.

I personally manage every Company Page client – from the initial positioning and content plan through to creation, publishing and ongoing improvement.

I do not pass the work to an account manager or hide delivery behind an agency structure. To protect that level of involvement, I work with no more than five Company Page management clients at any one time.

I have optimised hundreds of Company Pages and managed the Pages of global media brands over many years. I live and breathe LinkedIn® – and you do not have to keep track of every platform change yourself.

Questions before you enquire

Terms, boundaries and practical expectations.

The core management scope and publishing rhythm are agreed during onboarding. The service is designed around a sustainable, strategically useful presence rather than an arbitrary volume of posts.

The Page needs a sound foundation before management begins. This can be established through the standard onboarding process or through the separate £695 Company Page Optimisation service.

Management depends on a proper understanding of the business, its audiences, evidence, approval structure and existing Page. The £750 / $1,025 onboarding engagement establishes that operating foundation rather than charging the monthly fee for preparatory work.

The initial commitment is three months. The service then continues monthly and can be ended with 30 days’ notice.

No. LinkedIn® distribution and buying decisions cannot be guaranteed. The service builds a stronger, more consistent company presence and gives useful work the best chance to compound over time.

No. The service is deliberately focused on the LinkedIn® Company Page as a business and reputation asset. It is not multi-platform scheduling, reactive community management or content volume for its own sake.

Yes. A Company Page newsletter is available for £450 per month, an additional weekly post for £300 per month, employee training for £750 per session, and campaign work is quoted separately.

No. Management considers how leadership and employee activity connects with the Company Page, but executive ghostwriting and full personal-profile management are separate services.

Fox Tucker remains directly involved in positioning, editorial direction, final quality control and the ongoing development of every account. That is why Leaders Social accepts no more than five Company Page management clients at a time.

A credible company deserves more than occasional activity.

Give the Page clear ownership - and a reason for people to keep paying attention.

The person behind it

Thirty years of making complex things clear, useful and visible.

I’m Fox Tucker. My work sits at the intersection of digital strategy, editorial judgement, SEO and LinkedIn®. I have built audiences, teams and systems—and learned that lasting visibility never comes from making more noise.

It comes from making your value legible.
