Illustration of LinkedIn® AI Help chat for Company Page administrators

LinkedIn® Company Page administrators are beginning to encounter an AI-powered Help chat designed to answer questions about managing their Pages. A demonstration of the assistant in the Page administration interface shows it responding to practical questions and citing LinkedIn Help resources.

What does the AI Help chat do?

The interface introduces itself as an AI-powered assistant for questions about a Company Page, including Premium Company Page subscriptions where applicable. It also offers to connect administrators with LinkedIn’s team.

In the demonstration, the assistant answers questions about managing a Page and growing followers. Its responses cover administrator menus, invitations to follow, Page settings, employee participation and publishing. Some answers include links to supporting LinkedIn Help articles.

This is a conversational help interface, rather than evidence of an autonomous tool that publishes posts, changes settings or runs a Company’s LinkedIn strategy.

Is the feature available to every Company Page?

That remains unclear. The screenshots establish that the assistant is accessible in at least one Company Page administration experience, but do not establish a general launch date, geographical availability or whether access depends on a Premium subscription.

Administrators can check their own Page’s admin view for a Help panel offering AI-powered questions. Not seeing it does not necessarily mean their Page is ineligible.

How useful are the answers?

The demonstrated responses are practical, particularly for administrators who need to locate a setting or understand a feature. But the example answer about gaining followers also recommends posting two to four times a week and encouraging employees to engage. That is broad guidance, not a demonstrated diagnosis of a particular organisation’s audience, objectives or performance.

There is an important distinction between explaining how a LinkedIn feature works and deciding why an organisation should use it. A help assistant can reduce the friction of everyday administration without replacing the judgement involved in Company Page positioning, governance, audience selection and measurement.

What should B2B Page administrators do?

There is no need to change publishing schedules or Page strategy because a chatbot has appeared. If it is available on your Page, test it on straightforward administrative questions, verify any consequential advice against LinkedIn’s own documentation, and treat generic recommendations as starting points rather than prescriptions.

For a broader approach to the role of a Company Page, see the Leaders Social Company Pages overview.

LinkedIn has not confirmed the feature’s rollout scope or general availability.
