There’s more to job seeking on LinkedIn than adding the Open To Work banner to your LinkedIn Profile. There are specific and essential settings that will improve your reach.
Introduction Job Seeking Preferences on LinkedIn
Did you know that there’s a specific type of premium LinkedIn account for recruiters? Some are the in-house recruiter for a large company while others are recruiters working for multiple companies. It provides them with many advanced features that you can tap into by getting your job seeking settings right on your own LinkedIn profile.
There are of course plenty of recruiters for small and medium sized businesses that just use regular LinkedIn to post the occasional job on LinkedIn. They have access to fewer of the same tools.
